A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your service.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are subject to a $100 fee, and no-shows are subject to a $250 fee.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Consultations require a $100 deposit. Same-day treatment is not guaranteed.
All treatments, packages, products, deposits, memberships, and gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable. Gift certificates expire one year from purchase.
A 2.5% processing fee applies to card payments. Cherry and CareCredit are subject to a 6% fee.
All appointment changes and clinical communication must be made directly through our office, not through social media.
